Ramayana Vaani Privacy Policy

Ramayana Vaani provides short, live AI storytelling conversations for adults. It has no account, advertising, analytics, or tracking.

Live voice data

When you start a call, microphone audio is sent directly from your iPhone to Google Gemini so the character can understand and respond. Generated audio and live transcription return to your device. The Ramayana Vaani Vercel service does not receive call audio, and the app does not save raw audio recordings.

Google may process audio, request context, network information such as an IP address, and service diagnostics under its applicable Gemini API privacy and retention terms. Audio is used only to provide the live conversation and is not used by Ramayana Vaani for advertising or tracking.

Security and quota data

The Vercel service processes Apple App Attest security records, one-time challenges, replay counters, short-lived quota counters, and a hashed app-installation identifier. This data is used only to verify genuine app requests, prevent abuse, and enforce the free-call limit. Upstash Redis stores this security state for the service.

• Favorites and conversation settings
• Optional text transcripts and summaries
• Your recent call list

You can delete individual transcripts or all transcripts in the app. Turning off transcript retention prevents future transcript storage. Removing the app deletes its local data.

Sharing and sale

Ramayana Vaani does not sell personal data and does not share data for cross-app tracking or advertising. Service providers receive only the information needed to provide live AI, hosting, security, and quota functionality.

Children

The app is intended only for adults age 18 and over and uses Apple’s age-range mechanism to restrict access.
